Eligibility

• Qualified to join are those who will purchase an Innova or Vios within the promo period.
• Participants may purchase their vehicle through TFS financing or cash basis.

Promo Coverage/Duration

• Promotion coverage is nationwide, encompassing the Toyota Motor Philippines’ dealer networks.
• Promotion duration is from AUGUST 3 TO NOVEMBER 30, 2008.

Raffle mechanics

• For every purchase of any of the participating models, consumers will get one (1) raffle coupon.
• An additional raffle coupon will be issued to all financing buyers of Toyota vehicles through Toyota Financial Services (TFS).
• Upon issuance of invoice and delivery note for cash payment or financing down payment to the consumer by the salesperson, the consumers will get one (1) raffle coupon to drop in the drop box.
• For financing buyers under TFS, same documents will be presented to merit one (1) additional raffle coupon.  Coupons to be issued by TFS.
• Consumers should fill up the coupon with his/her name, address, age, telephone number, mobile number, model purchased, Sales Invoice Number, MP name, dealer outlet and affix their signature.
• Consumers may drop their filled-out coupon/s at the designated drop box found in Toyota Dealerships nationwide.
  • Monthly draws shall be held at the 31st floor GT Tower International corner H.V. Dela Costa Salcedo Village, Makati City at 2PM in the presence of DTI and Toyota Motor Philippines representatives on the following dates and time:

 

 

 

• Monthly draw shall be held within two weeks after the deadline of submission of entries.
• Non-winning entries in the monthly draw are still qualified in the succeeding monthly draw.
• Deadline for submission of entries is at the closing of dealer store hours on August 31, September 30, October 31 and November 30, 2008, for respective months from August to November.  Entries submitted after the deadline shall be disqualified from the promotion.
• Employees of Toyota Motor Philippines, its accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, TMP dealer networks and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.
• Prizes are transferable.
• Metro Manila winners may claim their prize at the Marketing Division of Toyota Motor Philippines located at the 31st floor, GT Tower, International corner H.V. de la Costa, Salcedo Village, Makati City. Provincial winners may claim their prize at the Toyota Dealer where they bought the participating model.
• Vehicle to be won in the raffle will be the same unit as the vehicle purchased.

Guidelines:

• If a consumer purchased two different participating car models within the promo period and was given his/her allocated coupons, he/she gets a chance to win more than once if the coupon drawn comes from a different car.
• For fleet/company accounts, it will be the company name registered who will win the prize, signed/authorized by the company’s purchasing department.
• Winners will be responsible for the 20% winner’s tax and the related vehicle registration for the prize.
• Winners will be notified through registered mail and phone calls on how and when they can claim their prize. List of winners will be published in a newspaper of general circulation within two weeks after the draw.
• Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim their prize. After the 60-day claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Toyota Motor Philippines Corp with prior DTI approval.
• Winners must bring two (2) valid forms of identification such as Driver’s license, SSS card, Passport, Birth Certificate, their vehicle registration, and their payment receipt upon claiming of their prize.
